Siam Visa Partner is an independent visa assistance service and is not a Thai Embassy, Consulate, Immigration Office, or government authority.
2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval
Siam Visa Partner will make reasonable efforts to help prepare your application correctly and professionally.
However, visa approval can never be guaranteed.
The final decision regarding any visa application is made solely by the relevant Thai Embassy, Consulate, Immigration Authority, or other government authority.
We have no authority or control over the final decision.
A visa may be refused because of circumstances including, but not limited to:
✔ Criminal history or background issues
✔ Previous immigration or visa violations
✔ Previous overstays or entry issues
✔ Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information
✔ Insufficient documentation
✔ Financial circumstances
✔ Travel or immigration history
✔ Failure to meet the requirements of the relevant authority
✔ Changes in visa regulations or government requirements
✔ Other circumstances relating specifically to the applicant
A visa refusal does not automatically mean that Siam Visa Partner has failed to provide the purchased service.
3. Applicant Responsibility
The applicant is responsible for providing complete, accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information.
You must inform us of any information that could affect your visa application.
This includes previous visa refusals, overstays, immigration violations, criminal matters, changes in personal circumstances, or any other relevant information.
Siam Visa Partner is not responsible for a visa refusal, delay, additional cost, or other consequence resulting from information that is false, incomplete, misleading, or withheld by the applicant.
4. Documents
The applicant is responsible for ensuring that all documents provided to Siam Visa Partner are genuine and legally valid.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate our services if we believe that documents or information provided to us are false, manipulated, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate for use in a visa application.
We will never knowingly submit fraudulent information or documents to a government authority.
5. Payment
To begin the application process, the applicant is required to pay 50% of the agreed service fee.
Once Siam Visa Partner has started working on the application, this initial payment is non-refundable.
The payment covers work including consultation, administration, document review, application preparation, and other services performed in connection with the applicant's case.
The remaining 50% of the service fee is payable according to the payment arrangement agreed at the time of purchase.
Where the agreed payment arrangement states that the remaining 50% is payable only after visa approval, no remaining balance will be charged if the application is refused.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Once work on an application has started, the initial 50% payment is non-refundable.
If an application is refused because of the applicant's personal circumstances, history, documentation, eligibility, or information provided, the initial payment remains non-refundable.
7. Government and Third-Party Fees
Our service fee does not include government fees, embassy fees, visa application fees, translation costs, banking charges, travel expenses, or other third-party costs unless clearly stated otherwise.
Government and third-party fees are subject to their own terms and are generally outside the control of Siam Visa Partner.
8. Processing Times
Any processing times provided by Siam Visa Partner are estimates only.
Visa processing times are determined by the relevant government authority and may change without notice.

✔ Immigration authorities
✔ Government systems
✔ Requests for additional documentation
✔ Public holidays
✔ Technical problems

Clients should not purchase non-refundable flights, accommodation, or other travel arrangements based solely on an estimated visa completion date.
9. Changes in Visa Rules
Thai visa rules, immigration regulations, documentation requirements, financial requirements, fees, and application procedures may change at any time.
Siam Visa Partner will make reasonable efforts to provide current and accurate information but cannot guarantee that government regulations will remain unchanged during the application process.
If requirements change, the applicant may be required to provide additional documents or information.
10. Communication
The applicant must remain reasonably available during the application process and respond to requests for documents or information.
Delays caused by the applicant failing to provide requested information or documents are not the responsibility of Siam Visa Partner.
