Refund policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing our DTV Visa Assistance Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Initial 50% Payment – Non-Refundable

To begin your application, an initial payment of 50% of the total service fee is required.

This payment is non-refundable once we have started working on your application, as it covers administrative work, document review, consultation, application preparation, and the time spent processing your case.

If you decide to cancel after the application process has started, the initial 50% payment will not be refunded.

Visa Approval

We provide professional assistance and guidance to help ensure that your application and supporting documents are prepared correctly. However, we cannot guarantee visa approval.

The final decision is made solely by the relevant Thai Embassy, Consulate, Immigration Authority, or other government authority.

If an application is refused because of circumstances relating specifically to the applicant, including but not limited to:

✔ Criminal history or background issues
✔ Previous immigration or visa violations
✔ Incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or withheld information
✔ Problems with the applicant's travel or immigration history
✔ Failure to meet eligibility requirements
✔ Failure to provide requested documents or information
✔ Any other personal circumstances outside our control

the initial 50% payment remains non-refundable.

Remaining 50%

The remaining 50% of the agreed service fee becomes payable according to the payment terms agreed when purchasing the service.

If your service package states that the remaining balance is payable only after visa approval, you will not be charged that remaining balance if the visa application is refused.

Government and Third-Party Fees

Any government fees, embassy fees, visa application fees, translation fees, banking fees, or other third-party costs are separate from our service fee unless specifically stated otherwise.

Such fees are generally non-refundable once paid to the relevant third party.

Incorrect Information

The applicant is responsible for providing truthful, complete, and accurate information.

We are not responsible for delays, additional costs, or visa refusals resulting from false, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by the applicant.

Our Responsibility

If we are unable to provide the purchased service due to an error or circumstance directly caused by us, we will review the case individually and, where appropriate, offer a refund for the part of the service that has not been provided.

By purchasing our service and making the initial payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
